All customers can request that work be signed off prior to staff leaving the premises to ensure your quality expectations have been fulfilled.

We are so confident of our work that we never ask for payment in advance.

To maintain and improve our excellent standards we implement a process called Continual Improvement and Root Core Analysis.  Every time an issue occurs it is looked into by the relevant manager and the root cause of the problem isolated.  The problem is resolved and we then put into action a control system to prevent re-occurrence.

We ensure that all staff are polite, have a tidy appearance and wear company uniform at all times, clearly showing our Brilliant Window Cleaners logo.
