How we quote and how you pay
A fixed price first. Most quotes can be done from a photo and a postcode. For roofs, gutters on larger buildings and commercial work, Patrick comes out and looks.
Never in advance. Regular customers pay by direct debit through GoCardless after each clean. One-off jobs are paid on completion. Ask for the work to be signed off before we leave.
Free re-clean within three days. If anything has been missed, tell us within three days and we come back and do it again free of charge.
Text the day before. Regular customers get a message the day before every visit so gates can be left open. You do not need to be in.
