Most commercial glass is reached from the ground with the pure water pole system, up to 65 ft, which keeps the cost down and the pavement open. Above that, or where the building needs it, we work from harness and eyebolts, powered access platforms or by abseiling, always in pairs above 40 ft. The water is filtered on our own premises, so the glass dries without spots and nothing is left on the frames.
One Guildford office block had not been cleaned for 14 years when we got to it. The comment from the staff afterwards was, "Wow, I always thought we had frosted glass!" Scheduled rounds stop a building getting to that point. We agree a frequency, turn up on the day, and invoice afterwards. You never pay in advance.

How a commercial contract works
Four steps from the first call to the first invoice.
Step 1: Site visit and risk assessment
Patrick walks the building with you, checks the access and writes the risk assessment. Then he agrees a fixed price and a frequency.
Step 2: The right access
Poles from the ground to 65 ft where they reach. Harness, powered access or abseiling where they do not, with the method agreed in writing.
Step 3: The scheduled clean
The team turns up on the agreed day, works around your opening hours, and keeps the entrance and the pavement clear.
Step 4: Sign off and invoice
Ask for the work to be signed off before we leave. We invoice afterwards, never in advance, and come back free if anything was missed.

Do you provide a risk assessment and method statement?
Yes. Every contract starts with a site visit and a written risk assessment, and the access method is agreed with you before the first clean.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Shopfronts and reception glass are usually monthly, offices monthly or every two months, and factories and warehouses quarterly. We agree a frequency at the site visit and can change it as the building needs.
Can you clean above 65 ft?
Yes. Above the reach of the poles we work from harness and eyebolts, powered access platforms or by abseiling, always in pairs, with the method agreed in writing.
Do you clean portacabins and site offices?
Yes. Portacabins, mobile offices and welfare units on construction sites are cleaned on a round or as a one-off, inside and out by arrangement.
