How a special project works
The same discipline as every other job, with more time spent looking before anyone quotes.
Step 1: Photos first, then a visit
Send what you have. Some jobs can be quoted from photos; most need Patrick on site to see the surface, the access and what the job is made of.
Step 2: Fixed price and method
You get a price that does not change and a method that says how we will do it. A risk assessment is written before we start.
Step 3: The work
Pressure washing, pure water poles, powered access or abseiling, whichever the job needs, with a 100% safety record behind the team.
Step 4: Sign off before we leave
Ask for the work to be signed off on site. We invoice afterwards, never in advance, and come back if anything was missed.
